Shipping/Delivery policy:
WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING IN INDIA. Delivery will usually takes place 7 to 10 working days after acceptance of an order. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of customers, customers shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in customers location. The timely delivery of the Order requires the purchaser to provide the complete details of the shipping address including flat number, building number, street name, locality and nearest landmark. Purchasers are to ensure that the correct PIN Code and contact numbers are provided.
Our Return Policy:
- Replacement request must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Only those orders / items that have not been shipped can be cancelled
- Customer can return the product and exchange the product for another one of same or lesser price if the seal is not broken.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions :-
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Serial Number/Batch Number is tampered
